Mixed 6 - Fallet-Dart Champagne

You'd be hard pressed to find three Champagnes offering better value than these from Fallet-Dart. They are a boutique family owned grower who has been making wine for over 400 years. Now the 17th generation produces complex character filled wines, dominated by Pinot Noir. They have lower dosages, and fermentation is done both in stainless and traditional French oak barrels like Krug. Everything here, including the riddling, is all done by hand.
